Soojin Suh is the Korean creative music artist, drummer, and composer based in Seoul, Korea. 

With a professional career spanning over a decade since its inception in 2008, Soojin Suh has established herself as one of the most promising drummers in Korea's vibrant music scene. 

As a band leader, Soojin Suh has displayed her musical prowess through the release of seven remarkable records. These include "The Moon In Your Hand" (2014) by Soojin Suh Quintet, "Strange Liberation" (2018) and "Roots To Branches" (2021) by Soojin Suh Chordless Quartet, and "Colorist" (2020) by Soojin Suh Coloris Trio. Additionally, she has contributed to the albums "Embrace" (2020) and "Communication" (2022) by Baum Sae, as well as "Alchemy" by Daniel Ko & Soojin Suh. 

The talents of Soojin Suh Coloris Trio were recognized when they were bestowed the esteemed distinction of "2020 The Best Jazz on Bandcamp August." Furthermore, in 2021, they received the prestigious Best Performance Award at the Korean Popular Music Awards for their outstanding album "Colorist," solidifying their exceptional artistry. 

Soojin Suh Chordless Quartet gained significant acclaim following the release of the album, "Strange Liberation," which led to their invitation to the renowned Jazz Ahead showcase, a premier international platform for the art market. Their remarkable journey continued with the unveiling of their next album, "Roots To Branches," in 2021. The album garnered prompt recognition, securing its place as the esteemed selection for "2021 The Best Jazz on Bandcamp April." 

Additionally, Soojin Suh is an esteemed member of the Near East Quartet, whose eponymous album, "Near East Quartet," was released by ECM records in 2018. Currently, the quartet is captivating audiences worldwide with their exceptional performances during their ongoing global tour.
